Having a baby is a major life change, and many people find becoming a parent more difficult than they thought it would be. Adjusting to all the changes throughout pregnancy, birth and the early weeks and months is challenging and research shoes that 10-20% of women and up to and will 10% of men will experience anxiety and/or depression at this time.
